Constructing the New Club House facility for the town and the tennis club was exciting.
LATITUDE67 participated in the Design and provided the required Tools to see the construction through to completion.
Work included Electrical and Mechanical services, Excavation and Grading, Foundation Prep, Form & Pour, Framing, Roofing, Veneer Finish, Windows Doors & Trims.
Interior Kitchenette & Washroom in fully accessible building.
To Accommodate the needs of the tennis club and avoid disruption to its members and guests construction mainly took place in the winter months.
