Latitude67 oversaw the Design-Build aspects of this project

DESIGN phase included the presentation of various designs to the client that implemented the preferences.  Subsequently produced working drawings for the chosen design to deliver the project within the budget. 

CONSTRUCTION phase included the demolition and removal of the old courts, fencing and water service. supplied and installed new lighting for the courts and walkway. Planting and sodding and installed new lighting for the courts and walkway. Planting and sodding, and the installation of the city selected furniture.

Latitude applied its years of experience to the project by including in the design a new yard hydrant for winter ice forming on the courts to protect the city’s investment in this project.
