Latitude67 was chosen to redevelop the park and deliver a fun, safe and enduring recreational environment for the neighborhood.  Our process in the development and completion of this project included Excavation, Grading for new asphalt pump track & new walk ways. Removal and Relocation of sport court to align with construction of new washroom building.  Constructing new pathways with lighting. Installation of armor stone sitting area.  Tennis and Pickleball courts were asphalted.  Acrylic Color Surface and Equipment Installation. Perimeter Fencing and internal dividers.  Form and Pour concrete plaza to receive a shade structure on a thickened slab.  Pump track and courts received perimeter sub drainage.  Grade and construct a dog park area complete with fencing and supply and install mulch in the area.
